12th-13th c. scabbard

Scabbard/sword belt set for a type non sharp XII  sword forged by Thibaud Pascual.

Characteristics :

- Scabbard core custom made of lime wood.

- Vegetable-tanned leather cover, glued and stitched, dyed and waxed

- White alum-tanned leather sword belt

- Custom made chape in mild steel (model inspired by a chape found in excavations in England in the county of Norfolk is dated around 1200)
